Office and maintenance shop for Public Water Supply District #3 of Franklin County and St. Albans Water and Sewer Authority are located at 150 Old Highway 100 in Villa Ridge, Missouri. The District provides drinking water for about 3,600 customers, of which about 1,400 customers have sewer services furnished by the District as well.
The service area includes the communities of Villa Ridge, Gray Summit, Labadie, areas west of Pacific (outside the city limits) and areas east of Washington (outside the city limits), as well as the community of St. Albans, Missouri.
PWSD #3 contracts with Alliance Water Resources, Inc. for professional services, operations, maintenance and day-to-day management of the District's water and wastewater systems. Alliance Water Resources, based in Columbia, Missouri, is a utility management firm that provides specialty services to the water and wastewater industry. It's clients include minicipal water and wastewater operations, investor-owned utilities, water districts and not-for-profit utilities in Missouri and surrounding Mid-West.
