St. Albans Water and Sewer Authority Customers will notice a "Special Sewer Assessment Fee" (SSA) of $30 on this month's bill. This will be a reoccurring monthly fee moving forward to offset costs assoicated with the mandatory construction updates to the St. Albans Lagoon. These improvements are necessary to remain in compliance with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources and the EPA.
