Welcome to the PWSD 3 of Franklin County Community. Please contact our office by phone to register for services and to obtain security deposit pricing. You may print out the New Customer Registration form to fill out in advance of registering in person. New customers are required to provide:
- Registration Form.
- Valid drivers license or State ID for each individual listed on the account.
- Security deposit.
- Copy of your Lease Agreement (Those who rent or lease homes, and those who rent mobile home pads, are required to provide a copy of their lease agreement).
